Seven chakras guide us: grounding your intentions, awakening desire, igniting personal power, opening the heart, expressing truth, envisioning your path, and surrendering to Spirit. Each step gives clarity, focus, and practical tools to transform stuck energy into movement and intention into reality.

Through dance, Shamanic ritual and knowledge, creative practices, and guided connection with the natural world, we find pathway towards the root of what’s holding each of us back and reconnect with what truly matters, ourr inner guidance, our deepest desires, and the courage to act.
