The clock strikes midnight in Ravenswood Bluff.
Somewhere among you, a Demon hides in human form. Can you find it before the town falls?
Join us for Blood on the Clocktower, a game of bluffing, deduction and murder most foul, run by Richard and kindly hosted by the Evesham Barons Tabletop Gaming Society.
New to social deduction? Perfect.
Our sessions are built with newcomers in mind, and experienced players will be on hand to help. I'll be your Storyteller, explaining everything and running the game. Ask questions at any point.
If you've ever watched The Traitors and spotted the liar from your sofa, this is your chance to try it with everyone watching you back.
How it works
One player is secretly the Demon. Their goal is to stay hidden and pick off the town one by one. Good players must work out who the Demon and their Minions are, and execute them to save the town. Every player has a unique character ability. Even if you die, you're not out: you stay in the game as a ghost and can still change the outcome.
Format
- Doors open at 10:30am, and the first game starts at 10:45am. We finish at 3:30pm.
- Games last 60–90 minutes, and we aim for at least two full games.
- We play a mix of scripts, from the three base editions (Trouble Brewing, Bad Moon Rising, Sects & Violets) to some trickier custom ones, matched to the group's experience.
- Running late? You can join the next game, or come in mid-game as a Traveller.
Cost
Blood on the Clocktower is free to play here. We never charge per game. The only cost is the Evesham Barons' venue entry: £5 (18+) or £2 (under 18), paid on arrival to the society. Card or cash; cash preferred. One entry covers the whole day.
Food and drink
Bring your own food and drink if you like. Snacks are on sale at the venue, and the money helps support the Evesham Barons.
Ages
The recommended age is 15+. Younger players are welcome and may play a Traveller role. Under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

House rules
Keep the competitiveness in the game and look after each other afterwards. We're an inclusive group, and anti-LGBTQ+ behaviour won't be tolerated. Give everyone a chance to speak, and challenge the claim, not the person.
