Join us every week for a supportive and evidence-based session designed to help you navigate life with ADHD. Whether you're seeking accountability, the latest research, or simply a community that understands.
This meetup offers: Personal Check-Ins: Share your weekly goals and challenges in a safe, non-judgmental space. Accountability Partners: Pair up with fellow members to stay on track and motivated. make a meetup page graphic for this just a nice pisture that summarises the above but no words please Research Highlights: Discuss recent findings on topics like exercise, nutrition, and emotional regulation.
Open Forum: Engage in Q&A sessions and share strategies that work for you. Our past events have covered a range of topics: Exercise strategies tailored for ADHD Nutrition and the gut-brain connection Goal setting beyond traditional methods Whether you're newly diagnosed or have been managing ADHD for years, this meetup is a place to connect, learn, and grow together.
We've also discussed: Navigating medication options and alternatives Understanding emotional regulation and rejection sensitivity Exploring the impact of diet on focus and mood.
This will be a re-ocurring meeting every Thursday at 7pm-8.30pm UK time. I may record parts or whole for quality control and future content creation but permission will always be sought from participants beforehand.
