This is a small group, interactive coaching event that will be tailored to your needs. I'll help participants with the issues, goals, aspirations, etc. they bring to this session.
These sessions work best in small groups so seats are very limited, register early if you are interested and please unregister if you cannot attend.
Please also note that these sessions require all attendees to participate. If you just want to observe, please check out other events we run with this group.

The session, it's exercises and theory are based on cutting-edge behaviour science (Relational Frame Theory). This event will be highly experiential (desired changes will be achieved partially through contacting relevant experiences through exercises).

If you are late by more than 15 minutes, you won't be admitted, this is to allow time for people to connect to each other and to preserve a psychologically safe space.

This is an online event, you can find the link at the meetup event's page (under the title "Online Event"). The meeting is hosted on Google Meet a browser based Zoom. There's no need to download anything just click on the link, allow access to your camera and microphone and wait for me to let you in to the room.

Brief intro about your host:
I have spent 14 years helping individuals, teams and organizations evolve, adapt and achieve their goals.
