The evo Yoga Dance Party is an exhilarating 60-minute blend of soothing Flow Vinyasa Yoga accompanied by a serene and enchanting soundtrack, leading into a groovalicious lymphatic-draining breakbeat dance fiesta. We wrap the session with revitalizing pranayama breath work and a peaceful Savasana—guaranteed to leave you vibrating at a higher frequency!
As always, we'll kick things off with a quick overview of the Human Design Theme of the Day to ponder while we stretch, boogie, breathe, and meditate. Human Design is a system that integrates astrology, the Hindu Chakra system, the Kabbalah Tree of Life, and the I'Ching with genetics to give you a very accurate blueprint of who you are and how you best interact with the world and make decisions.
We Zoom live from a gorgeous Florida beach every Saturday @8am EST! Join us in person if you're in South Florida or you can vicariously catch the groovy beach vibes over Zoom from anywhere in the world.
Bust out your disco dancin' pants, whacky party wigs, hula hoops, and of course wear your bathing suit if you're joining us on the beach… cuz this Yoga Dance Party ends in the ocean!
To find us at Ocean Park Beach: Facing the beach, park on the right side (South) of the lot and use the South right entrance to walk to the beach. When you get on the beach, walk 20 yards South to the right past the sign that says ‘No Lifeguard beyond this point.’ If you can’t find us, text me, Tim at 310-963-5332, although I won't be able to respond once the party starts.
