Transition Skills with a Twist!

Looking for something for your neurodiverse teens and young adults ages 16-22 to do this summer? We have the program!

Our two-week program for older teens and young adults (ASD, ADHD, etc.) will change the way young adults do summer. Available in office or remote!

• Drawing on our exceptional curriculum, this program will combine:
• Independent living instruction (meal prep, financial literacy, wellness)
• Executive functioning instruction (planning ahead, organizing)
• Pre-employment skills (resumes, interviewing skills, volunteering)
• Emotional regulation and stress management
• Social connection with peers
• Mobility training/experience using public transportation

…along with a whole lot of FUN!

This bootcamp is also included within our CollegeLaunch program. CollegeLaunch supports students in weekly 1:1 and group dynamic sessions as they transition to higher education to ensure success throughout their academic and employment career.
