Late Diagnosed Autistic (LDA) Group

Finding your neurokin!
This group meets Mondays 4-5pm PST August 4th - October 6th and is designed for late diagnosed autistic adults. The group is led and created by a neurodivergent therapist who draws from lived and clinical experience.

Goals include connecting like-minded folks, improving sense of belonging, and supporting you in living an authentic autistic life. Each week will cover specific topics related to navigating life in a neurotypical world by combining psychoeducation with space for processing.
Topics may include:

• Communication
• Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria
• Accommodations
• Executive Functioning
• Burnout
• Masking
• Special Interests
