Heart of Yule: A Solstice Celebration with Movement and Rhythm

### ✨ What to Expect

Come join a sacred circle as we honor the winter solstice and the turning of the year. We’ll begin with a gentle Sun-Salutation yoga flow to ground and awaken your body and spirit. The flow will be followed by a Yule Log burning ritual, a community drumming circle (bring your own drum if you have one), and sharing of food/snacks — so bring a dish to share from your heart.
This is a time to reflect on the past cycle, set a clear and loving intention for what’s to come, and welcome the returning light with open hearts.
