Gabrielle is the founder of Evolve Beyond, and led the Agile transformation at Yahoo! scaling to over 250 teams globally. She runs HotHousing innovation workshops, and is writing a graphic novel for management on outcome generation.

Danny is UX Manager at John Lewis Online.

Danny tells the story of how he made the John Lewis hackathon happen, and on the way influenced big changes in culture and thought throughout the organisation.

David has been Head of UX for The Times, and ran their innovation lab, and is now UX Architect at Westminster City Council 'encouraging preferred behaviours' to stimulate channel shift.

He will be talking about how hypotheses and experiments structure our thinking away from faith and hope and towards proof and outcomes.
