Why not enjoy some time of commUnity at drum circle as we create healing vibrations with drums & rattles that tap into our ancient nature as all cultures have for thousands of years! We will open the four directions together! Drum repetitively as a group for 30 or so minutes! Relax with a guided meditation & sound bath integration & sharing time! •No previous experience required! •Bring your drum, & any comfort items (water, blanket, pillow), or borrow ours.
