Candle Light Sound Bath and Kombucha Tasting

This evening is designed to be a nice, mid-week break for busy women seeking peace and quiet connection. Coach Janae Harrison will be leading the evening, starting with a short discussion of nervous system regulation, some light stretching, and then taking us into the soothing sounds of the singing bowls.

High Vibe Kombucha will also be onsite to do tastings. High Vibe is owned, operated, and brewed by Whitney Peters right here in Springville, UT at the Lemon and Sage Market.

There is a $10 fee because we believe women should be paid for their time and expertise.
