Tahna Yoga is a weekly, 90-minute practice designed to support your body and nervous system in a more intentional way.
This is not about performance or pushing limits.
It’s a gentle, supportive experience that combines:
- slow vinyasa flow
- body awareness and reconnection
- a calming soundbath
- guided meditation
Each part of the class is designed to help you shift out of stress mode and into a more grounded, regulated state.
