BWiB is honoured to have Ms Charmian Holmes, Solicitor Director, The Fold Legal to share her insights to how the legal professional is adapting to better support blockchain and crypto-focused startups and companies.
Here is introduction to Charmian.
Charmian Holmes joined The Fold in 2003 having previously worked at Phillips Fox (now DLA Piper).
Charmian is a Solicitor Director of the firm and provides regulatory, corporate and commercial advice to financial services and credit clients. She works with insurtech and fintech businesses, including blockchain, ICO and cryptocurrency clients. She is recognised for her expertise in innovative insurance solutions and is sought after within the insurtech space. Charmian also heads up The Fold’s corporate advisory practice, where her advice is sought on buying and selling financial services businesses, venture capital raises including ICOs, seed and bridging rounds and crowdfunding platforms.
