Esperanto Conversation Meetup · Beginners and All Levels Welcome

Interested in languages, international culture, or meeting other people who enjoy learning how languages work?
Join us for a relaxed Esperanto conversation meetup on Saturday, July 25 at 12:00 PM at Le Pain Quotidien in the Financial District.
Esperanto is an international language created to make communication across language backgrounds easier. This gathering is a chance to hear it used in person, practice what you know, ask questions, and meet other language learners in an informal setting.
You do not need to speak Esperanto already. Come if you are:

• learning Esperanto at any level
• interested in linguistics or constructed languages
• part of NYC’s multilingual community
• simply curious and willing to try something new

This is not a formal class or structured language exchange. Conversation will move naturally between Esperanto and English, and no one will be expected to speak beyond their comfort level.

We will likely be at the outdoor tables, weather permitting. Look for a small Esperanto flag and Esperanto books. You can message the organizer through Meetup if you have trouble finding us.
