Invitation to EWB Charles River Cleanup – April 26th

Dear Boston Engineers Without Borders Members,

Instead of our usual chapter meeting this month, we’re excited to spend some time giving back to our local community! We’ll be participating in the Earth Day Charles River Cleanup on Saturday, April 26, from 10 AM to 12 PM.

This annual event brings together thousands of volunteers to help protect one of our city’s most cherished natural resources. Over the years, the cleanup has removed more than 25 million pounds of trash from America’s waterways — and we’re proud to be a part of that impact.

Exact location is TBD — we’ll be assigned to a specific portion of the Charles River as a group, and we’ll share those details as the date gets closer.
