Zack Turnbow is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and currently lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and son while serving as a Software Development Manager at a Florida broadband company. Zack achieved the rank of Sergeant in four and half years during his six-year enlistment. After transitioning to the private sector, he has continued to build upon the foundation of his military experience by adapting to the ever-changing business needs of the tech industry.
During his twenty-five-year business career spanning industries like mortgage, telecommunications, entertainment, and manufacturing, Zack has challenged himself to adapt constantly and consistently. He strives to meet the needs of his company by filling in gaps within his team, department, and organization. His ability to go the extra mile has broadened opportunities outside his normal job responsibilities. He has a willingness to share his experiences with anyone willing to listen. Simper Fidelis.
Keith York
With a distinguished seven-year tenure in the United States Army as an Infantry Squad Leader, Keith has a rich history of leadership and excellence. During this period, he completed two tours for Operation Iraqi Freedom, demonstrating unparalleled dedication and resilience in challenging environments. Transitioning from the military to the technology sector, Keith further honed his skills in the fintech industry, serving as both a web developer and product manager. He specialized in SAP technology, alongside acquiring expertise in BSA and teller software, showcasing a versatile and comprehensive skill set that bridges technical prowess with strategic oversight.
Jerrami Patterson
After separating from the Army, Jerrami transitioned his expertise to the commercial tech industry. First with Systematic Inc., in the defense sector, in the role of Sales Engineer, then as a Solutions Architect and Software Engineering Manager. Now, he utilizes his technical acumen and leadership experience as a Senior Engineering Manager at ZenBusiness, overseeing the Acquisition and Funnel teams’ engineering operations, which are responsible for attracting visitors and converting them into customers. Jerrami's dedication and strategic thinking ensure the smooth operation of these crucial channels, driving ZenBusiness's growth and success.
Joshua Johnson
Joshua Johnson is not only a seasoned leader in software engineering and platform architecture but also a passionate advocate for helping veterans transition into the tech industry. With a distinguished military background, including serving in the US Army from 2003 to 2010, which encompassed a 15-month tour of duty in Iraq, Joshua brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and resilience to his work. Currently serving as Senior Software Engineering Manager at IBM, he leads the Global Cloud UI team, driving transformative advancements in account, billing, and estimator microservices.
