EX-MORRIDOR Oregon Meetup Group - FEB 2025

Our first meeting of the "EX-MORRIDOR" Queer Support Group of Oregon went great! Everyone who came agreed to a February meetup on this date and at the same location, with the possibility for moving it occasionally to other venues and areas. Please drop us a line if you have suggestions and we can put it out to the group.

We'll bring a couple games including Cards Against Mormonity and possibly Mixtape.

We are former "Mormon corridor" residents, which could include Idaho, Utah, Arizona, or anyone raised Mormon or adjacent, who identify as LGBTQIA+ or is an ally who wants to support our queer friends.

Please RSVP so we can save enough tables/chairs.

New Seasons at Progress Ridge will host us in their cafe/eating area. They are happy to host for free but please purchase food or drink. Starts at 7pm. Store closes at 10pm.

Additional notes: this group started out of concern for "Morridor" originating or adjacent queer folks who decided to move to Oregon/PNW out of concern from the political climate or other issues. If you identify or support LGBTQIA+ folks, were or are Mormon, and/or used to live in the "Morridor," you are welcome to participate! Support and love are accepted.
