The Excellence Pathway is a four-session professional development experience designed for individuals and organizations who are ready to move beyond surface-level productivity advice and build the foundational systems, leadership presence, and operational discipline that define lasting professional excellence.
This Meetup group is a community for those currently going through the pathway or for those who have completed the 4-step experience to get ongoing support.
Each session combines structured group discussion, a personalized evaluation, and an adaptive deep-dive; ensuring every member leaves with insights and tools calibrated to exactly where they are and where they need to go.
Delivered virtually and in-person in select cities. Available for individual professionals and organizational teams.
The Journey
The Excellence Pathway is designed as a deliberate inside-out transformation:

In between each session, you'll also get daily discussions, 5-minute quick-start guides and resources to make sure what you're learning as a member, becomes what you consistently do.

Most professionals are busy. Few are truly productive. This session draws the line between the two; and gives every participant a clear, personalized path from one to the other.
Session Structure:
Part 1: Group Discussion (60 minutes) An honest, facilitated conversation about how we spend our time versus how we intend to. We'll uncover your their biggest productivity drains, examine the difference between urgency and importance, and begin building shared language around what real productivity looks like in your context.
Part 2: 7-Step Productivity Evaluation (20 minutes) You'll complete a structured self-assessment across seven dimensions of personal productivity. The results determine which of three personalized deep-dives they'll experience in Part 3; giving you an experience that's relevant to your unique circumstances.
Part 3: Personalized Deep-Dive (60 minutes) Based on the evaluation results, you'll be directed into one of three tracks:- Build an Unstoppable Morning Routine: For those whose evaluation reveals that how you start your day is undermining how your perform throughout it. Practical, structured, and immediately actionable.
- Identify the Big Picture & Become the Best Version of Yourself: For those whose evaluation reveals a disconnect between daily actions and larger goals. Clarity-focused and values-driven.
- Identify, Prioritize & Automate Tasks: For those whose evaluation reveals that task overwhelm and poor prioritization are the primary productivity blockers. Systems-focused and execution-oriented.

Part 3 — Personalized Deep-Dive: (60 minutes) Based on evaluation results, you'll be directed into one of three tracks:- Strategic Leadership For those whose evaluation reveals that operational inefficiency is rooted in leadership and decision-making patterns rather than tools or processes. A strategic leadership framework for making higher-quality decisions, faster, with greater organizational alignment.
- Identifying Bottlenecks in Business Processes For those whose evaluation reveals that specific, identifiable constraints are limiting throughput and performance. A structured methodology for locating, diagnosing, and eliminating the bottlenecks that silently limit organizational output.
- Analyze, Map & Automate Recurring Tasks For those whose evaluation reveals significant time and energy being consumed by recurring tasks that could be systematized or automated. A practical process for task analysis, workflow mapping, and intelligent automation.
