This is a structured men’s group focused on discipline, consistency, and personal growth.
Each meeting will include:
• Brief introductions
• Weekly wins & accountability check-ins
• Discussion around fitness, mindset, leadership, and direction
• A clear weekly challenge to execute before the next meeting
This is not a lecture and it’s not therapy.
It’s a room of men committed to improving themselves and holding each other to a higher standard.
