This is a structured men’s group focused on discipline, consistency, and personal growth.
You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just have to be willing to show up and put in the work.
Each meeting includes:
• Brief introductions
• Weekly wins & accountability check-ins
• Discussion around fitness, mindset, leadership, and direction
• A clear weekly challenge to execute before the next meeting
This is not a lecture and it’s not therapy.
It’s a room of men working to improve together.
Perfection not required. Just effort and consistency.
We’re working to own the month of April one week at a time.
