We understand Janzu as meditation in movement, as a form of aquatic dance; it is a therapeutic art.
We develop this art of floating someone in the water; we train ourselves as professional inspirers of trust, learning to be channels of water, to embody its properties, practicing transparency, clarity and fluidity, in a balance between presence and invisibility:

September 5th - 9th
Here we delve into the foundational aspects of this practice: presence, containment, grounding, and fundamental posture.
This initial stage equips you with essential tools to cultivate a sanctuary of presence, fostering an environment where the receiver can unwind and relax completely in absolute trust.
You'll gain crucial tools to create a trusting environment for relaxation. We cover buoyancy basics, surface movements, transitions, theory, ethics, and practical application, setting a strong foundation for mastery.2ND LEVEL: SYNCHRONICITY
September 11th - 15th
At second level we deepen our exploration of innovative aquatic movements to enhance the connection between facilitator and participant.
At this stage, we study the theory of immersions and initial underwater movements, refining our balance and fluidity. We incorporate rhythm, pauses, and silences to deepen our sessions.
Throughout the training, we combine theory and practice on land and in water, engaging in solo, duo, trio, and group activities to explore movement dynamics collaboratively, enriching our understanding together.

Originated in India during the 90s and now revered internationally, Janzu embodies the art of flow. In a transformative session, the participant effortlessly flows through an aquatic odyssey guided by a professional facilitator, embarking on a journey of self-discovery.
This immersive experience unveils inner sanctums of silence, heightening awareness, and facilitating deep meditation.
Janzu manifests as a graceful dance within weightlessness, and a therapeutic voyage. Through our physical body we access our emotional, mental and energetic bodies, liberating stagnation and negative emotions. The result is a profound sense of expansion, tranquility, and holistic well-being.
