What am I So Busy Telling Myself?!
Let’s spend 2 hours on Monday to experience an event presented by Embry-Riddle Honors Students - free to the community!
During this event, we will consider the effects of our self-talk on our individual confidence and well-being in these pandemic times. Multiple students and faculty have asked for ideas to help reduce anxiety due to the current pandemic.
Positive self-talk is a powerful self-leadership tool to increase self-confidence and reduce anxiety and negative emotions – why not take some time to evaluate how well we are doing?!
To participate in this workshop, attendees will log their self-talk for the morning of the conference. It’s time to step in front of our thoughts and acknowledge that we can replace negative thoughts with growth-based thoughts that help us find our intended higher purpose and destiny!
Join these inspiring honors students as they lead you through the same seminar they will present a week later to their collegial peers!
