Mark is the founder and President of Kingsbridge Realty Advisors, and is an enthusiastic proponent of the power and value of relationship networking. His focus is on providing advisory and brokerage services to Business Owners and Executives who wish to lease, or own their commercial, office, “Flex”, or industrial/warehouse space. He primarily covers NJ but also assists clients in other parts of the country as well, including NYC. While some of his clients are major corporations, his typical client is a small to mid size company with 10-100 employees. With an advisory led approach and over 20 years in the business, he is more than just a “space finder” and his goal is to insure that his clients secure the right space for their business, for the right reasons and on the best possible terms, while at the same time minimizing their operational risks.
