This online workshop is designed to help you reduce stress, increase confidence and improve your overall mental wellbeing as you begin a new year.

Many people feel held back by anxiety, self-doubt, emotional triggers or a constant critical inner voice. These patterns often come from past experiences and learned responses rather than who you truly are. In this practical and experiential session, you will learn how to calm your nervous system, release emotional blocks and reconnect with a clearer, more confident state of mind.

Drawing on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy®, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, this workshop focuses on understanding what triggers stress and anxiety, how emotional patterns are formed and how to release them at the root cause rather than just managing symptoms.

You will be guided through reflective exercises and a deeply relaxing process to help quiet the mind, create emotional clarity and build a stronger sense of inner calm and confidence.

This workshop is suitable for people who experience stress, anxiety or overwhelm, struggle with confidence or self-doubt, feel emotionally triggered in work or relationships or want practical tools to improve mental wellbeing. No prior experience is required. This is a supportive and guided space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

The workshop will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams. To ensure a smooth experience, please install Microsoft Teams in advance on your computer or mobile device and test that you can join a meeting before the event. You do not need a Microsoft account to attend and you can join via your web browser if you prefer. Please plan to join from a quiet, comfortable space with a stable internet connection and allow a few minutes before the start time to settle in and get comfortable.
