As a new year begins, many people want to feel calmer, more confident and more in control, yet find themselves dealing with ongoing stress, anxiety or self-doubt. This session offers a supportive and practical way to reset.

In this guided online workshop, you will learn simple and effective techniques to calm the nervous system, quiet an overactive mind and reconnect with a clearer, more confident state of mind. Rather than just managing symptoms, the focus is on understanding what drives stress and anxiety and how to gently release these patterns so you can feel more balanced and grounded.

This workshop draws on practical mindset and coaching techniques, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Everything is presented in a clear and accessible way, with no jargon and no pressure.
There is no requirement to turn on your camera or come off mute. You are welcome to participate quietly and take in the experience at your own pace.

No prior experience is required. This is a supportive and guided space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

The workshop will be hosted online via Microsoft Teams. To ensure a smooth experience, please install Microsoft Teams in advance on your computer or mobile device and test that you can join a meeting before the event. You do not need a Microsoft account to attend and you can join via your web browser if you prefer.
