Hey，this is Charles！It’s my great honor to have you in this Exercise club Near Wujiaochang ; This club is not a fitness center, nor a training agency, but with the purpose of gathering people who want to keep health by exercising! And I am more than happy to make friends with people who hold the same belief that “keep health by yourself” as I do!
The Shanghai International Marathon is coming soon! I know many of you want to participate, yet due to the limited spot you didn’t get a chance to do it. Don’t worry! Here, we are holding a more interesting jogging party named “Fun Run”. Come and join us on every Wednesday night if you are interested.
Details Meeting Location: Exit 2 of Xinjiangwan Station, Metro Line 10
Time: 8.00 pm, every Wednesday
Distance：at least 6km
Speed：4’30’’ to 7’00’’ / 1km
