March Meetup in the City Gate

OUR NEXT MEETUP WILL BE HELD on Wednesday 26th March!
Drop in any time from 7 pm onwards until whenever the fun stops. NB Please note we are meeting on a WEDNESDAY this time.
You may notice I am changing the days around a bit. This is so that people have more chances of finding a night that suits them.

This month's theme will be HOW WE STAY POSITIVE IN CHALLENGING TIMES, how broader changes in society affect us when we have ADHD/ASD, and ways to ensure we take care of ourselves.

The last Meetup in the City Gate was well attended and newcomers to the pub enjoyed the space, we are hoping to meet in The Snug this time , however it is worth asking the bar staff as they sometimes move groups around. Good to see some new faces again and some people who are becoming regulars. Anna will be hosting again this month and will be there from 7 pm onwards.
We will be meeting again in The City Gate. We have booked the Snug which is over on the far right of the bar as you come in from the street. Drop in any time for an informal get together - newcomers and oldcomers welcome!

These meetups are an opportunity for you to come along and connect, get to know each other, support each other, and lighten the road ahead.
And have time amongst people who get you and have amazing rambling curious and hilarious conversations!

You can keep in touch and ask for/share opinions and strategies for surviving and thriving with ADHD/ASD etc.

We will meet from 7 pm to 10.30 pm ish or whenever the chat dies down. Obviously if you get chatting you're more than welcome to stay on for as long as the pub remains open. You're welcome to arrive whenever you like - Anna your host will be there from 7 pm onwards.

All welcome - adults with ADHD/Autism, parents, late teenagers, etc.
