Summer Picnic Meetup in the Park

Details
Meetup IN THE PARK on Saturday June 28th. 5 pm onwards - 9 pm - drop in any time. NB This Meetup will be in Northernhay Gardens. see below for details and directions.
The last Meetup went well and many thanks to you all for coming. Good to see some new faces again and some people who haven't been for a while. It was a lively group. Anna will be hosting again this month. If any of you are interested in hosting a future Meetup meeting then just let me know via this group.
This month we will be meeting outside in Northernhay Gardens. Please bring your own rugs, drinks and snacks if you wish.
This park is near enough to the usual meeting place so if you accidentally end up there (the City Gate pub) it's a very short walk up the hill to Queen street and turn left to Central station. The entrance to Northernhay Gardens is next to the station on the right hand side: there's also an alternative entrance from the high street behind Boots. Drop in any time for an informal get together - newcomers and oldcomers welcome!
We will be on the slope somewhere on the grass looking down onto the Queen street entrance.
I found some amusing bye-laws for Exeter pleasure grounds, so please
"do not bring or cause to be brought into the pleasure ground any cattle, sheep, goats or pigs". Remember to leave them at home! BUT please do feel free to bring other pets.
If you have something you'd like to share but can't make it to the meeting, please share it here through comments, or alternatively email me at adhdcoachanna@gmail.com.
I hope you can make it! Text me if you get lost on 07934 171048.
These meetups are an opportunity for you to come along and connect, get to know each other, support each other, and lighten the road ahead.
And have time amongst people who get you and have amazing rambling curious conversations!
You can keep in touch and ask for/share opinions and strategies for surviving and thriving with ADHD/ASD etc.
We will meet from 5 pm to 9 pm. Obviously if you get chatting you're more than welcome to stay on for as long as the park remains open. I will be there from 5 pm onwards. There is a Tesco and also public toilets within a couple of minutes walking distance behind the high street in Catherine Square next to Lloyds restaurant.
Hopefully the weather will smile on us but if not we shall repair to the nearest suitable hostelry.
All welcome - adults with ADHD/Autism, parents, late teenagers, etc.
Note from your host Anna - TICK TOCK - I'd love to talk about how people perceive time. I want to write a book about this aspect of ADHD as it's something I come across a lot in the people I coach. If anyone would like to have a chat either at the picnic or some other time I'd be so grateful.
We'd love you to come and join us!
