September Meetup in the City Gate

OUR NEXT MEETUP WILL BE HELD on Tuesday 30th September!
Drop in any time from 7 pm onwards ; Caroline has very kindly offered to host as I am unable to attend this time. NB Please note we are meeting on a TUESDAY this time.
You may notice I am changing the days around a bit. This is so that people have more chances of finding a time that suits them.

The last time we had a Meetup in the City Gate was in May. People have enjoyed the summer picnics in the park, but the weather is not on our side so we are back indoors again for this month. We are booked in for the Snug around to your right as you come in, so please ask the bar staff if you don't see the group immediately. 7 pm onwards.
Drop in any time for an informal get together - newcomers and oldcomers welcome! If it's warm enough we can also sit in the garden.

These meetups are an opportunity for you to come along and connect, get to know each other, support each other, and lighten the road ahead.
And have time amongst people who get you and have amazing, rambling, curious, serious and hilarious conversations!

You can keep in touch and ask for/share opinions and strategies for surviving and thriving with ADHD/ASD etc.

You're welcome to arrive whenever you like, Caroline will be there from 7 pm onwards. Obviously if you get chatting you're more than welcome to stay on for as long as the pub remains open.
