🎸 DYLAN / YOUNG – A NIGHT CELEBRATING THE MUSIC OF TWO ICONS 🎶
🎫 HOW TO SECURE A PLACE FOR THE SHOW IS BELOW
Join us at Exeter’s vibrant new music and community venue, The Source on Paris Street, for an evening celebrating the music of two of the most influential songwriters of all time – Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
👋 We’ll be attending as a Meetup group, so whether you’re a lifelong Bob Dylan or Neil Young fan, know a handful of their classics, or simply fancy an evening of great live music, you’re very welcome to join us.
🎤 THE MUSIC
Nick Hall and Tobias Ben Jacob bring together a four-piece rock band for a night of songs from the extensive back catalogues of Bob Dylan and Neil Young.
Fans can expect plenty of favourites alongside some rarities and bootleg tracks, with a predominantly plugged-in performance and some more intimate acoustic moments thrown in.
🎵 THE BAND
The line-up features:
• Nick Hall – Source studio and venue founder (Dakar Audio Club, Rameagle)
• Tobias Ben Jacob – renowned singer-songwriter
• Bill Birks – legendary session musician
• Ayden Jakes – promising newcomer on drums
⏱️ The performance is expected to last roughly an hour and a half.
🕖 MEETING & PERFORMANCE TIMES
We suggest arriving at around 6:45pm so that we can meet up as a group outside before going in.
🚪 Doors open at 7:00pm
🎶 Music starts at 7:30pm
