Conversation on Regrets - Is it a burden or wisdom? inevitable or avoidable?

Details

Can't wait to meet you all again in March and continue our streak of deep-dive discussions on existential explorations.

This time, our topic is Regret—something most of us carry, whether from things we did or things we left undone.

What is the nature of regret? Is it a burden or a source of wisdom? Is it inevitable, or can it be avoided?

I once had a near-death experience where my mind suddenly filled with all the regrets of my life—mostly about the things I valued deeply but never gave enough attention to.

What is the greatest regret we carry today? Can we resolve it with the time we have left, or are some regrets simply beyond repair because their time has already passed?

As always, this will be a small, intimate gathering—a chance to stare into the abyss together one more time and create a space for real conversation and acceptance.

📍 Meeting Point: Entrance of Göta Arkhuset, Medborgarplatsen 25 (same as last time).

⏳ The building is closed on weekends, but I have access. I’ll be waiting outside, so please arrive at least 10 minutes early. Doors will close at 13:40 sharp.

We have coffee, fruits, doritos and some chocolates in the space. So, you don't have to bring anything.

Looking forward to another enlightening discussion. See you soon. 🙏
