Thanks to everyone who joined us last time.

It’s time to continue our series of deep conversations. Our next topic is:
Life Beyond Survival - Who Are We When We No Longer Have to Fight?

Survival is one of the oldest forces within us.

We are wired to fight for food, water, shelter, love, and anything else that might keep us alive. We protect our bodies, our territory, our relationships, and our place within the group.

Survival has one simple purpose: to keep us breathing.

It does not necessarily care whether we are happy, peaceful, or truly living. When the body becomes dangerously cold, the survival response does not hesitate to sacrifice our fingers and toes to protect the organs that keep us alive.

Survival has carried life forward, but it comes at a cost.

Sometimes the danger ends, but the fight goes on.

A child who grows up surrounded by violence, instability, or fear may learn to numb the softer and more sensitive parts of themselves. This is not weakness. It is the body doing whatever it can to protect a life that does not yet have the power to protect itself.

But what once saved us can eventually become the very thing that prevents us from living. Because survival mode can endlessly keep us in the fighting even when nobody is attacking us.

We may mistrust kindness, reject care, feel guilty for being happy, or create chaos because peace feels unfamiliar.

Through the lens of survival, life appears only in opposites: safety and danger, pain and pleasure, winning and losing, acceptance and rejection. Survival is always watching, measuring, and preparing for some dreadful future.

But is there another way to exist where there's no need to fight?

Is there a deeper wisdom that unlocks a way of living that is eternally in flow and bliss?

Would we lose the strength that built us till now and become passive? Or would we discover a new kind of strength that can offer a leap?

Could this be what some call a divine existence? A way of being that can begin when all the fight ends?

Together, lets explore what lies beyond survival and ask whether we can move from merely staying alive to being fully present to life.

As always, this will be a small, intimate gathering - a chance to stare into the abyss together one more time and create a space for real conversation and acceptance.

Meeting Point: Entrance of Göta Arkhuset, Medborgarplatsen 25 (same as last time). It’s a two-minute walk from Medborgarplatsen t-bana.

The building is closed on weekends, but I have access. I’ll be waiting outside the building to receive you - please arrive at least 10 minutes early at 13:20. Doors will close at 13:40 sharp.

All our events are free. We will have coffee, tea, fruit, Doritos, and some chocolate in the space. No need to bring anything.

Looking forward to another raw and enlightening discussion. See you soon. 🙏
