As part of getting into summer backpacking shape, this Sunday we are taking on Table Mountain. The default plan is pay the $10 parking and start from the paid parking lot behind the Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa.
If there is enough demand, some folks could start from the usual Bonneville Trailhead off Highway 14 and swap keys at the top for a longer 12 one way hike. For this event we will have a Facebook chat to iron out the details and if you don't want to participate in the chat just meet us at the paid parking lot behind the Bonneville Hot Springs Resort & Spa and watch the meetup in case there is a start time adjustment.
Table mountain is a little harder than the stats suggest, with a steep "Heartbreak Ridge" and an unnamed except for popular curse words rocky section.
