Sweat Lodge

Join us for a true cleansing of body, mind, and spirit on a night filled with mystical energy and spiritual growth. We will be holding sacred space by having a ceremony to honor the divine realm and our own connection with spirit. The Sweat Lodge is a bridge between worlds, and symbolizes rebirth from the earth Mother’s womb. Prayers are released to the heavens through the steam or smoke.

There are several styles of sweat lodges. Stones are heated in an exterior fire and then placed in a central pit in the ground. Rituals and traditions vary from region to region and from tribe to tribe. They often include prayers, drumming, and offerings to the spirit world.

There is a tremendous amount of healing energy to be experienced!

Please bring a towel, and a water bottle to refill for this event.

Please remember to dress in light weight clothing for the sweat, and do not wear any perfumes or heavy scents that could potentially irritate other people that may have allergies.

Water is provided, coffee and tea will be available. Light snacks will be available, bring a dish to share if you like!

Love donations are appreciated, all donations will help support Room to Grow. There is no charge for the Sweat Lodge, but tithing is welcome. Tithing to what feeds you spiritually will come back ten fold!
