What we’re about

Awakening to the Inner Healing Intelligence: Explorations in Expanded Consciousness with Allan Ajaya, PhD

Open to joy, fulfillment, self-compassion, and unconditional love.
Join us for an evening of deep reflection and connection as we explore how meditation, self-inquiry, spiritually-based psychotherapy, and psychedelics* can support the recognition of non-dual awareness and our inner healing intelligence. Drawing from timeless traditions and emerging research, we’ll examine the interplay between conceptual and non-conceptual knowing, and how sensory awareness and embodied presence can expand our understanding of consciousness.

Each gathering offers a unique exploration of themes such as:

  • Sensory awakening
  • The distinction between conceptual and direct knowing
  • Transcending win-lose models to embrace win-win ways of living
  • Dualistic vs. non-dual awareness
  • Beyond the medical model, psychedelics for optimal living
  • The synergy between psychedelics and meditation
  • The chakra system & seven stages of consciousness
  • Meditation made easy—for beginners and experienced meditators
  • Embodied meditation
  • Tantra

This is a rare opportunity to learn directly from Allan Ajaya, PhD, a respected teacher with over 50 years of experience at the intersection of psychotherapy, meditation, and expanded states of consciousness.
