Join me for an evening of light somatic movement and breathwork as we go inwards while the moon is dark during the beginning of a new moon cycle. ๐ŸŒ‘โœจ

The Virgo new moon's energy provides an ideal time to set intentions related to personal growth, health, and efficiency. It is a time to carefully examine our lives, identify areas that require refinement, and implement practical strategies to achieve our ambitions.

The energy of a new moon in Virgo is characterized by a potent combination of Virgo's practicality, attention to detail, and analytical nature, combined with the fresh start and inward focus that a new moon represents. This celestial event encourages us to ground ourselves, reassess our goals, and embark on a journey of self-improvement and organization.

For this event, you'll need somewhere comfortable to lie down (yoga mat or in bed), an eye mask (this is a closed-eye experience), and a journal and tarot or oracle cards of your choice (optional). Video participation is always optional.

We will begin the session with a short intro explaining somatic movement and the breathwork process (15 minutes). Then we'll do a short card reading which will help guide the flow of the session. Then we'll begin light movement which you can do lying down on a yoga mat or in bed (15-20 minutes) followed by a special new moon guided meditation, breathing instructions then a 33-minute breathwork set.

As the breathwork music portion concludes, you'll have the option to engage in a post-session sharing circle, a supportive space to process and share any profound insights or experiences that arose during the breathwork journey. Sharing is optional, and we encourage you to stay to be a sacred listener for others to share their experiences.

We respect that everyone's integration process is unique, and if you prefer to honor your personal reflection time in silence, feel free to do soโ€”whatever feels most aligned with your needs.

After the breathwork session, we encourage you to embrace gentle integration practices to anchor and deepen your experience. Consider engaging in activities such as journaling, expressive drawing, or engaging in passive integration rituals like a soothing bath, a serene walk in nature, yoga, or light movement. These practices help ground the transformative energies and foster a seamless integration of your expanded states of awareness into your daily life.
