Join us for a special Sunday morning Expanded States Breathwork session; an immersive experience that explores consciousness through breathwork and music. By combining deep breathing, trusting the process, and surrendering to our inner guidance, we will tap into expanded states of awareness & foster profound connections within ourselves.
Whether you are experienced in breathwork or new to the practice, this event offers a unique opportunity for beginners and novices alike to expand your awareness and deepen your connection to the self. Through intentional breathing techniques and guided meditation, this session is designed to help you access the healing energies within yourselves.

The session begins with a 15-20-minute introduction, where you'll gain insights into the transformative potential of breathwork and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. It's also a perfect chance to connect with fellow participants and share your intentions for the session.
Once primed for the experience, we'll transition into a guided body relaxation meditation, leading into the breathing instructions. This gentle meditation sets the stage for the heart of our session: a 45-60 minute breathwork music set that will take you on a journey of self-exploration and expanded awareness.
As the music concludes, you'll have the option to engage in a post-session sharing circle, a supportive space to process and share any profound insights or experiences that arose during the breathwork journey. Sharing is optional, and we encourage you to stay to be a sacred listener for others to share their experiences.
We respect that everyone's integration process is unique, and if you prefer to honor your personal reflection time in silence, feel free to do so—whatever feels most aligned with your needs.

After the breathwork session, we encourage you to embrace gentle integration practices to anchor and deepen your experience. Consider engaging in activities such as journaling, expressive drawing, or engaging in passive integration rituals like a soothing bath, a serene walk in nature, yoga, or light movement. These practices help ground the transformative energies and foster a seamless integration of your expanded states of awareness into your daily life.

You are welcome to attend both online events, although it's important to mention that the musical composition will remain unchanged for each session. However, participants often remark on the distinctiveness of the music during subsequent breathwork sessions, as each experience is unique.
