Thank you to all who gathered last time. Your presence helped clarify what this space is becoming — a sanctuary for self-leadership, true connection, and emotional responsibility.

Our last circle opened something deep — a mirror for how we show up, not just with others, but with ourselves. As we cross the threshold of the Lion’s Gate, we’re invited to look inward with courage and curiosity, and ask:

“Where am I overextending in order to feel safe, included, or needed?”

Whether it’s emotional labor, porous boundaries, people-pleasing, over-sharing, self-sacrifice, or staying silent to keep the peace — this is your chance to gently notice those patterns, without judgment.

Take stock of what's currently in your field. What thoughts are on repeat? What emotions are you carrying? What stories are you telling yourself about what's possible? Lion's Gate will amplify everything, so if you're holding onto doubt, fear, or old limiting beliefs, now is the time to release them.

We’re remembering that no one needs saving here. We’re sovereign beings, learning to stay with ourselves through discomfort — not abandon ourselves in the name of connection.

Let’s continue nurturing a group culture rooted in self-awareness, emotional integrity, and conscious community.
