Welcome to My Mindfulness Meetup Group!

I am excited to invite you to join me to explore the transformative practice of mindfulness. I am a fully accredited mindfulness teacher for the Mindfulness Now programme developed by Nick Cooke. My goal is to provide sessions that’s cultivate well-being, resilience, and empowerment. While mindfulness is often celebrated for its mental health benefits, I’ll also focus on cultivating confidence through key attitudes like acceptance and letting go.

Whether you’re new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll find a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can fully experience your journey. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey!
