This is a small, interactive mastermind session for expats in Germany who want honest feedback, fresh ideas, and clear next steps for their career and job search.
Whether you are job searching, changing careers, negotiating an offer, or rebuilding confidence after a setback – you can bring any question or situation related to your professional life. Topics I support include:
Clarifying your strengths, skills, and professional “superpowers”
Understanding what you really want from work (values, interests, work environment)
Exploring new career directions and validating your ideas about roles or industries
Creating a focused job search strategy that actually works in Germany
Writing a selling CV and tailoring it to specific roles
Preparing for interviews and answering difficult questions confidently
Negotiating salary and offers (BATNA, ZOPA, benefits, promotion prospects)
## What is a mastermind and why structure matters
A mastermind is a format of collective thinking: you bring one brain, and you get access to many. It is not “just talking”; the structure keeps us focused on your concrete question so you leave with decisions, ideas, and action steps instead of random advice.
We will use a simple request structure so it is not just a chat:
What exactly you want to solve or achieve
Your context: facts, numbers, what you have already tried
Your constraints: time, money, energy, non‑negotiables
2–3 options you already see
The type of help you want (ideas, solution, plan, feedback)
When your case is in the center, the group helps you by:
Asking clarifying questions that reveal blind spots
Sharing their own experience with similar situations
Offering multiple ideas and solutions for you to choose from
While someone else is in the center, you still get value by:
“Stealing” other people’s insights and tools that you can apply to your own situation
Training your brain to see patterns and solutions faster
Feeling useful and smart by helping others with their questions
You will leave with concrete ideas, decisions, and next steps you can actually test in real life.
## If you have no clear request (also totally fine)
You can:
Come with a general feeling (“I’m stuck”, “I’m lost in my job search”) and we will formulate your request together
Or come simply to listen, observe other people’s cases, and “smuggle” their insights into your own situation
Come with a task → you will get a solution or at least 2–3 ideas you would not have found alone.
Come without a task → you will quietly steal other people’s insights and still feel smart and useful by helping them.
