Hello everybody,
We said we wanted to create a group that feels different from whatever else is out there. And look at this - we've got an agenda!

#### 1. Welcome & Introductions (15 minutes)

• A warm welcome:
• Introductions: name, where you're from, one thing you are passionate about already.

#### 2. Setting the Stage (10 minutes)

• Purpose of the meeting: Creating a shared vision and understanding what “making a difference” means to everyone.
• Guiding questions:
• What inspires you and fires your passion?
• What limits you from creating your dream?
• What is the first step you could take?

#### 3. Open Forum: Sharing Ideas (45 minutes)

• Group sharing: what are your answers to the guiding questions?
• If the group is large, we will split into smaller groups and rotate.

#### 4. Finding Common Ground (20 minutes)

• Collaborative brainstorming: Identify overlapping interests and themes. What would you like to hear more of? What would you like to be part of? Who would you like to collaborate with?

#### 5. Closing & Next Steps (10 minutes)

• Next steps:
• Set, time, date and venue for the next meeting.
• Call to action:
• We are all encouraged to connect with one another outside the group.
• Bring a friend or colleague to the next meeting to grow the group.
