Start of season warm up session(s) we have prepared some 'Test Sessions' for people to come down and get a taste of our club sessions.

Open to all, members and non-members, adapted to all levels.

Normally this session is around the track, however this one will be around 1hr using the incline, with a warm up and a cool down.

If you are interested by the idea of a Triathlon and want to know more about how it all works, then feel free to come along.
