To ensure a committed and enthusiastic attendance, we kindly request attendees to submit a deposit in advance, helping us minimize no-shows. We believe that mutual respect and reliability make the experience more enjoyable for both organizers and members.
We value transparency, and thus, we do not hide organizational costs through opaque ticket prices, bar commissions, or inflated set menu rates. Instead, we request a nominal fee of a few pounds to cover our group's management and activity expenses. Rest assured, our financial practices are completely transparent.
Our aim is to attract a discerning membership that appreciates quality venues and events. We prioritize meaningful experiences over gimmicks like happy hours or free food, which often come at the cost of higher prices later on.
To maintain a dynamic and diverse range of activities, we actively encourage our members to host events and take the lead on various activities. We believe that collective involvement brings energy and variety to our community.

■ As soon as you come in, CHECK-IN with an organizer, fill out a name tag. You must wear a nametag for the entire event.
■ This lets everyone know you are part of our group, making it easier for you to go up to anyone and say hello using their name, therefore creating a friendlier atmosphere!
■ This is NOT a commercial event! You're not here to promote other groups or business. If you want to do so, please talk to the main Organizers first.
