Reiki Practice & Share - Energetic Protection

A mini training on protecting oneself energetically using a filtering meditation - especially suited for empaths and healers. This meditation is also ideal as a first step in assisting healers to deepen their intuition. Great for beginners and experienced alike.

Join together in healing community.
We'll practice energetic protection, spend about an hour doing group healings on each other, and then ground ourselves with potluck snacks.

Open to all who have been attuned to Reiki at the Reiki I level or higher by an in-person Reiki Master.
