December Member Update

Hello Everyone!!!
I will post these Member Updates every month to keep all of us including me in the loop. I have seen much improvement in members editing their RSVP's as needed. We all Thank You So Much. These past events I have Hosted/Guided since returning to Florida from the west have been so enjoyable for me and I hope those who attended. So many have stepped up and provided so much info. As I say you are ALL Host/Guides as much as me. I have listened to your valued feedback/thoughts and have updated some details. I will have the option to cancel events if there is not a min. of 4 of us Confirmed Going along with maxing most events at 15. Even though when you RSVP Going you receive an auto generated Confirm Email Notice from Meetup I require a Final Confirmation of Going to get the most accurate count of those actually Going vs No-Shows. (See About Section of Group for further details). My Life's Schedule has me in Florida 2-3 mos. twice a year Fall Winter and Spring Summer. Other times I spend time with my 80+ year old Mothers in Cincinnati out west or on travel trips. The Trips I will be Hosting/Guiding are $60.00 per day per person + Lodging desired. We bespoke customize these trips together and they max out at 12 of us with a min. of 4 of us. Open to Restaurant ideas for SunsetSunday@........ Dinners and any other event ideas. I Hope ALL Enjoy this Festive Season and I am so Grateful for all the wonderful people I have met and are in My Life. I will be back to creating ZOOM Events on Thursdays. ***For Events & Trips I create and host I am desiring people with a laid back chill attitude as I want in myself. I will always strive to be open to all without any ego getting in the way. This is also why for most events and trips we max at 12-15 since it is easier to achieve this vibe. ***Please Read all event details and check Comments and/or Event Chat 4days prior to events for Confirmation procedure and any updates up to event start.
