Special Guests: Jeff Patton & Archie Miller

Jeff Patton connects product management with strategy, lean UX, and agile delivery practices. He has written numerous articles and the book User Story Mapping (http://shop.oreilly.com/product/0636920033851.do). As an independent consultant with a unique teaching and speaking style, he uses drawings and engaging storytelling to share his passion for product design.

Archie Miller is the team manager for product design at CarMax. As a discovery discipline lead, he helps shape the discovery methodologies to uncover customer needs. Archie has developed a curriculum to level up skills across all product teams. His emphasis on tracing business solutions back to real customer needs defines his work.
