Summary
Guided Breath-work & Meditation session focused on grounding, relaxation, reflection and awareness. The session starts with an opening circle, followed by the meditation itself which will be 20-30 minutes, and ending with a closing circle + Q&A session — with the complete session no longer than 45 minutes.

Designed to be beginner friendly, suited for all levels — you don’t need to have any experience or knowledge, just the desire for a calmer mind and deeper self-awareness.

What This Is
• A safe and open space to deepen your awareness journey
• A combined practice of meditation and breath work
• Unique, non-repetitive sessions allowing you to learn different aspects of the practice and see which work better for you.
• Informative sessions that value feedback and insight so you have something to reflect upon and take with you — they are not a lecture.
