You’ll use visual language to uncover what nourishes your bonds and what drains them and begin to gently rewire the way you relate to others and yourself.

📝 What You’ll Need:
- Thick paper (A4/A5) or a sketchbook
- A thinner black liner/marker (~0.2–0.8 mm)
- A thicker black marker (~0.8–3.0 mm)
- Colored pencils, markers, or highlighters

No supplies? A simple pen and paper will still work beautifully.

She brings 20+ years of research experience, 17 years in tech, and over a decade in mentoring and coaching.
