As Copilot agents become integral to modern workflows, ensuring their secure deployment and management is paramount. This session will focus on practical approaches to implementing robust security controls, empowering organizations to safeguard their Copilot ecosystem effectively.

The session will cover strategies to manage agents created within platforms like SharePoint and Copilot Studio using M365 Graph. Key topics include leveraging Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to control access to channels, connectors, and generative AI capabilities, while also addressing unauthenticated usage risks.

Additionally, the session will cover author access controls, enabling organizations to establish guardrails for agent creation and usage. Participants will also gain insights into balancing functionality with security by addressing the limitations and opportunities of these platforms.
