Endurance challenge / hiking / camping

This event starts on Friday by setting up camp and registration, then Saturday hike up Mudlick mountain in the Sam A Backer State Park. Saturday evening is a dinner/cocktail event, the event ends Sunday by breaking camp for the drive home. The Challenge is to hike up Mudlick mountain 887' and nearly 2 miles then being shuttled back down by van to the start, and repeat, and repeat, and repeat..... for a total of 9 laps. A participant has 12 hours to complete the challenge for a total of 17 miles and nearly 8,000' elevation (yep its uphill both ways.) Stop at any time or go all day. there will be dinner and a after party at 7:30 Saturday night. You will have to take care of your own registration for the event. We can arrange carpooling but more important is to cheer and support each other during "the uphill battle". Details will most likely change between now and May 4th.
